sluggish computer

    Im a bit of a luddite on these new fangled machines and a problem has appeared. The computer has become a bit unstable,sluggish and will not shut down without re-booting first and will not start up without a re-boot, Im running out of boots. Can anyone suggest a program that may help?

    Go down to Spyware, read the READ ME FIRST sticky and see what you come up with.

    If you can access the internet try down loading and running spybot search and destroy it kills spy ware programs in a flash. to find it go to spy ware tools on this site and down load it spy bot takes a while to run but believe me it is worth it.!!
