sm bus controller

just did a clean install of windows xp pro and now need the driver for sm bus controller however i cant find it

here r my system stats

AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual
Core Processor 3800+
2.00 GHz, 2.00GB of RAM
Physical Address Extension

had the same problem last night, forgot to install chipset drivers:-o

 

my computer was a throw together by a member of the forums (ty again mechanic) but heres the report

 

There isn't motherboard type ( number either chipset number ) in you report , we need both of them , download speccy

run it , select Summary from left side go to bar menu choosing File - save as text file , attach the report here !!

 

I would do what falconattack suggests first in order to verify the following.
