Hi everyone. I'm thinking of doing some kind of project with a PC in my car. I've found some touch LCDs on eBay pretty cheap, but I don't know a whole lot about how they differ from LCDs that are housed and have a VGA or DVI connector.

For example, this would do nicely, I think, save for the fact that I don't know how to connect that to a computer. Would I need extra parts or just an adapter of some sort? Is that everything I need or do I need something USB to register the touches, or a backlight or something?

    Thanks!
