   I was looking on YouTube for good Cheep SmartWatches.
   The Tick SmartWatch says you do not need your Cell Phone so you can Call an Uber and get Apps and so on.
   
   But I thought all SmartWatches had to Link to your Cell Phone WiFi or BlueTooth?
