Yep still on the hunt for a new phone. Was holding out for the new models Verizon is releasing in a few weeks when I saw the Samsung SCH-i760 on their site. Has anyone used one of these Samsungs before and can maybe list their experience with the phone?

    Thanks!

PS - Sorry if this is in the wrong forum. It didn't exactly fall under computer hardware so I wasn't sure where I should post it.

Bumping this one last time in hopes someone has some ideas about this phone. I can get a pretty good deal on it thru Verizon and Im about to throw my Razr under my truck and drive over it 50 times.

Going for a Blackberry Pearl myself when my upgrade comes up in May. Don't know anything about the Samsung Bluesy, sorry, but I do know the Razr will only need a once over with your truck...pile of useless junk they are ;)

Been looking at the Pearl myself and the 8830. I think Verizon pretty much forces a data plan on you when you purchase those and thats something I definately don't need.

to be able to check email and a bunch of other features on the phone you need some screwed up expensive plan.

I was looking at that exact Samsung phone a while back. I ended up going with a Voyager instead.
