Smiley With A Belly Laugh ?

I've looked and found many different smiley's and other emoticons and I've found some sites with crazy laughter clips but never the two should combine. It's sure I could make my own but I don't know if I could make one small enough byte wise to be practical. Any known smiley's with audio? And don't give me one with the breaking wind!

 

I have seen smileys/emoticons with sound, but they were SWF files.
