Smileys not working?

All of a sudden, when I try to insert a smiley, all I get is the written text.
Tried IE9, Firefox and Chrome.
I have smiley icons at bottom checked.

 

Do you mean Go Advanced then under the Reply text box Additional Options > Disable smilies in text
That should not be ticked (checked)

 

No, I have disable - unchecked.

 

This is what I have checked, yet all I get is Text when dragging a smiley.

I am confused because you say "dragging" :confused
You don't drag, you click.

EG: If you click on this smilie in the Smilies box at the right side of the text box you will get this [noparse][/noparse] which becomes this
If you drag that smilie to the text box you will get this
[noparse]http://forums.majorgeeks.com/images/smilies/smile.gif[/noparse]

If you drag the green arrow that you show in your screenshot from the Post Icons box to the text box you will get this
[noparse]http://forums.majorgeeks.com/images/icons/icon2.gif[/noparse]

If you only select (not drag) the green arrow Post Icon then it should appear to the left of the Title of the Reply, in this case < Post Icon goes here

It used to be that I would drag the smiley to the place I wanted it.
I think it must have changed, but by clicking the icon, it seems to work.
