Smpt timed out

    Cant send email. Keep getting the message::mad

    'message could not be sent because smpt timed out'

    What OS? What email client? Who's your ISP? What type of internet connection? Is internet working?

    You didn't mention who your ISP is (assuming thats the email your trying to send) so I can't even guess at what the SMTP server entry should be.

    You also didn't indicate if this is a new installation of SeaMonkey that you haven't been able to get working or a problem that just developed on an old installation.
