SMS Administrator Error

Hey,

I have a problem on a W2K3 server.
When someone runs SMS Admin, and ends a remote assistance session, they get the following error:

CieroUIWndFrame: helpctr.exe - Application Error
The instruction at ____referenced memory at ____. The memory could
not be read.

Kind of an annoyance really, they click OK three times and the error goes away.

Any suggestions would be helpful
