Sneaky Little Programs That I can't KILL

Hey All,
OK the problem is, when looking at my Windows Task Manager I see that i have two IEXPLORE.EXE's running, when i tried to "End task" the name changed to 16body~1.exe and GridBl~1.exe and would pop back up on the list as soon as they were gone. I've tried to get rid of them using Spybot AntiVir Guard and even Hijacker. I've also found where they were loacted on my hard drive and deleted them... but alas they remain in my TaskManager and are eating my resources. Any Ideas Appreciated
