Snipping tool

    My OS is Vista Home Premium and I have the Snipping tool. The problem I am having is the "Send To" feature is not working. It use to work just fine. I have re-installed it and still the same problems. I ran CCLeaner only once and since then it has not work properly, I'm pretty sure CCleaner changed some registy keys. If you have any suggestion on how to fix this problem please let me know. Thank you in advance

    Hi

    If Ccleaners default settings were not changed it only deletes orphaned keys ( thats if you used the registry cleaner, but if you did it also prompts to save what its about to delete in case of issues ) and faily safe as I use it all the time and have no issues with snip tool.

    Possibles are:

    Check that you have Windows Mail set as default in Default Programs ( or try other software based email applciation also if you dont use WinMail, but do tell us which one you use? )

    Check that your mail sending is HTML format ( Tools > Options > Send )

    Try changing the Security Zone in Windows Mail to Internet Zone ( Tools > Options > Security )
