So many problems

Hello to all,i'm a first timer.It all started with a blue screen,stop 0x0000007B 0xFFFFF98000A069E0,0xFFFFFFFF0000034,0x0000000000000000,0x0000000000000000.Two days ago I turned it on and after the welcome screen it turned black after about 10 min. it finally kicked in and froze.I shut it down manually and went to safe mode it booted with no problem.It will only boot in safe mode.Someone suggested going into the Device Manager,so I did and under System Manager there is a yellow triangle next to Consumer IR Device.What is this,can I fix it or uninstall it?I forgot to mention my computer is a Gateway DX4720-03 series,64 bit.I don't know much about computers,but i've fixed problems before but nothing like this.Please,Please help.
