Sof1 better than Sof2?

I was wonderin which is better soldier of fortune or soldier of fortune 2?

 

sof2 single player was trash. The multiplayer side of SoF2 was great though; played it for a long time.

As they said before... SoF1 ... good. SoF2... pants.

The problem was, SoF1 brought some new ideas into FPS genre - like blowing off bodyparts - whereas SoF2 perhaps wasn't so bad, but it just didn't do anything new and special.

I remember just playing the demo of SOF and kept playing it over and over again. So much death and violence....cutting off limbs. Nothing was better than that. Then SOF2 had to rip off it's testicles. Damn sequels.

 

Not all sequels are bad - look at half life 2, which was just as good as hl1 (altho, hl2 had a weak ending...).
But then again... Doom's legacy was ruined by Doom3

 

I thought sof2 was good,better than 1 to me sof1 felt unfinished,the grenade launcher on the m16 in sof2 was enough for me,it was also from what I can remember the first time sneeking around in grass.
