    I have been using your new software update software. on the bottom box it always says refreshing. have refresher to every 15 min should it every stop refreshing?

    It will be very hard to answer with the information you provided. What OS are you using, what is the name of the program, being minimal in order to be able to even give an educated guess. I will say I dont know of any software that needed checked every 15 mins for updates.
