I bought Norton Antivirus today and planned on installing it because I had just cleared my computer of all sorts of spyware that took forever to delete and didn't want it back. For some reason when I put the CD in the drive it won't read in either the G or the F. I've tried going to My Computer but my drives aren't there either, only my A, C, and D drives. Is there anything i can type into the "run" program that will open the installation file? Any help is greatly appreciated.

First off I'd return Norton, there is way too many good free antivirus programs avaible that will do better job than Norton, without all that norton fluff.
Sorrry I dont mean to be negitive.

Check your IDE cable/power cable on your G & F drives.
Enter Bios to see if your drives can be seen there.
