A software program or site that will help your girlfriend who works for "the state" in training people in the medical field? Are you actually serious? Really? :confused

Google's web search help is a good place to start, filtering out the bad science from the resulting papers is a whole different problem which needs a lot of experience.

    Hi

Try Yippy (used to be Clusty) as its a great search engine for narrowing down parameters I use this one in work as it helps narrow down medical searches I have (I work in Experimental Ophthalmology)

also do use the likes of

    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed and http://www.nih.gov/
    http://www.medscape.com/
http://www.sciencedirect.com/ (many medical papers published here on research, have one on here myself)
    http://www.healthline.com/
    http://www.healthfinder.gov/
http://www.mayo.edu/ (superb amount of info and one sourse I do use alot)

Microsofts BING is also good for seaching and narrowing down a search item.

Is that 100%? So, she has to get 100% correct? So, only one hit from an Internet search is considered the "correct" answer? Wow, that's scary!

I just wonder if its the method you use that they are scoring opposed to the actual result as if its the result that is scary as medicine is not an exact science and open to differening opinions on all subjects of medicine and treatments.
