Software for SWF (Flash) files

i am looking for a software (preferably freeware if a freeware available) otherwise shareware will be okay also which allows to:

a. Play Flash Files
b. Extract contents of Flash Files
c. Convert Flash files to different video formats e.g. FLV, AVI,
