I have an old Radius Intellicolor Display 20 with a slight pincushion effect but no way to adjust it, at least I can't find one. Is there any software that could handle geometry corrections?

Not properly. You can't make an area of the screen that is out of range be in range with software, I'm afraid.

Have you looked for screw holes to adjust it?

I just thought it could be possible, I mean you can rotate and move the picture around with soft as much as you like...

I have to check for holes and hidden panels. It wouldn't surprise me to find something because this is a really weird piece of work, but a 20" trinitron monitor is worth some effort. ;)

Hell, thats a nice monitor, even if it is old!
IIRC old trinitron monitors have little screw hole things on the back to adjust geometry, but that might just be the professional models (my step mum used to work in video, she has as big ole trinitron from a studio they used for the PC before they got a flatscreen).
