Software Installer Premissions

  1. Hello Geeks,

I have setup a clients computer on a standard user account because they are always downloading viruses by accident. So by doing this it restricts the installation of programs as most of you know. The problem is she plays Big Fish and this prevents her from installing games through their Download Manager. I tried to allow permissions through the Properties - Security - Edit - Defaultuser. That didn't work and so I did it for all the user groups in the security settings but none of this worked. I am still trying to find a solution to where it adds an exception to this specific installer. If anyone has any solution it would be great. Thanks in advance.

I have one User Account therefore I can't try this.

    Set up Parental Controls.
From Windows 7 Help and Support I got this:

  3. This would work if it were certain programs I didn't want her to change but it's more giving her full administrative privileges to just the Big Fish app.
