Software Screen Size Error

Dont know if anyone here uses ejay dance products but i have just bought ejay 7 the Programe installed fine came to open it and i got an error mmessage saying something like cant run because screen size is not right please restart application I have restarted my machine and things but it stil wont work I have also changed screen pixels but still nothing.
I have also uninstalled and reinstalled with the same error coming up.
Any Ideas??

cd/dvd burner
and a floppy drive

 

What screen resolution is it asking for?
To change rite click on open desktop/go to Properties/Settings/move slider to suggested settings.

 

hi its not asking for any screen res size just that error msg. have tried it in diff res modes with out any results
