Software stable after bad memory?

Originally i installed windows and everything and used norton ghost to back it all up, and due to some bad spyware issues i had to go to the backup and load it all up, so far so good but here is the thing:

When i originally created the backup of windows i was experiencing many problems with my machine due to some faulty Geil ram. Of course, by now i have great ram that is not faulty.

My question is, when i installed windows and all the other programmes, they were occasionally crashing because of the faulty ram issue. Will that crashing and ram issue have damaged windows and the associated programmes and carried through to the restored backup? Or will, as i suspect, everything run just fine now?

Thanks for reading and maybe helping :)

If you have replaced the faulty RAM and everything seems normal, you should be OK!!

An original hardware issue, should no longer affect your software performance...

    Cheers!
