software to tell me my processors model number

i know this is asking about hardware but what i would prefer is software that will do it as i hurt my back and i cant be opening my computer up to look myself

i just need something simple to give the model num, like Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 Wolfdale 2.8GHz

i know i have a core 2 duo, i think at 2.66

ao the E### part would likely be enough

Numerous programs are available for that purpose. I'll mention Belarc Advisor. It will provide much more info than what you're asking for, but you might find the other info worth a look, too.
