I have a co-non worker. He sets and plays card games all day at the office and I have brought it up to the last to supervisors that we have had. What I was trying to find out is can I install something on his pc that will be hidden but still record time spent on certain programs. I have a feeling if I create some hard evidence that the board will not be to kind to him after they find out. So if anyone can help I would appreciate it.

As you have already reported it to the last two supervisors and nothing has been done, that should tell you something. Installing any type of program to do what you ask, could possibly get you in trouble, as installing software without IT approval is grounds for dismissal in some companies!:)

I understand the IT issue but as far as this office is thinks I am the IT manager. We have another individual that works miles away from here and most of his work is done over the phone by myself. I guess I'm just trying to exhaust all options, its very aggrevating to work all day and the guy next to you screws off and still gets paid. Ya know what I mean. Thanks for the insight
