    Dear friends ,I just need something very simple.I have a dell 922 printer/scanner revA01,and have lost the soft wear disk.I have installed a driver but it is revA04 ,it can print but not scan.I should be able to open from all programs the all in one center but the only thing there is a dell soultions center.I need the right softwear.The dell product was given to me as a gift but she could not find the disk.Can anyone tell me where to get what I need?     Hi

    You will find the Drivers at Dell HERE for that model printer, would link closer but you have not supplied your Windows version, so just choose from the selection at that page. The A04 driver should work, does it give you any error messages when trying to scan?

    Do tell us your Windows version?

    Is this printer being install on the affected PC for the 1st time or has the driver been installed before on that PC? if installed before did you uninstall the old or remaining driver then install following Dells instructions which are dont plug it in until told too via the USB port IIRC.

    Thank you Halo,I had allready installed the A04 on my windows xp system,and it prints fine but does not scan.But I had it pluged in so I am going to take your advice and uninstall then try again and wait for the promt to tell me .thank you so much and I will let you know how it turns out. GAry
