soldeir of fortune 2 problem

hi all grimesy here. i just bought a new ati rradeon x800, everything is fine i can get 70fps out of bf2 with maxed out graphics. but. on sof2 i get 60fps . i have tried all drivers reinstalled sof2 twice. i have had this problem before with my old ati radeon 9600 xt, i solved this by installing the dotnetfix. i try this now and it isnt fixed. so i really dont know how to solve it, maybe some of u guys can hepl me.

sometimes the fps can vary right down to 15.

 

Did You Try A Clean Reinstall Of Windows Just In Case Something Is Messed Up?
Also It Just Be The Fact That Sof2 Is In Old Game.
