   I have win7 64Bit and Avast FREE and it is Running.
   
   I have a Little Icone next to my Clock that says Solve PC Issuse and it has an X on it.
   
   When I click it it says Turn On Avast. One Massage.
   
   But I have Avast FREE in my System Tray.
   
   What is this?
