Some flash movies start without human intervention

ok, this one I cannot figure out. Sometimes, I have a page up that has a stream in it (flash player) and if I leave the page open long enough, the stream just starts playing by itself. I have no idea why this happens. I actually moved to google chrome because of this issue that I thought was a result of something odd in FireFox.. apparently it wasn't FF and it has something to do with
1. the flash movie (i.e. developed incorrectly)
2. Flash itself
3. browser bug
4. other
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
here's a movie that does.. but you have to leave it up for about an hour before it will play.
