Some help please

    Hi I'm thinking of overclocking my pc.It is an AMD Sempron 3000+ Barton
    2.0ghz.It is running on an ASrock K7VT4A Pro Motherboard.
    I have had a quick scoot round the bios and also a quick net search,the only thing I can find that relates in my bios is two settings.Host CPU frequency and DRAM frequency.Are these the settings I need to alter?
    I'm not looking for a huge gain just a nice increase will do me fine.
    I would be appreciative of any help,
