some help with mss32.dll i keep getting errors from it

    first of all i installed gta vice city and got a error saying i did not have mss32.dll so i downloaded it from a good site and now i get this message every time i try to start gta vice city

    "The Procedure entry point _AIL_sample_volume_pan@12 could not be located in the dynamic link library mss32.dll."

    what can i do about this?
