Some pictures won't load

I don't know how to explain it, but on some sites where there is a picture, there is only a box with a small x in it.
Also some programs won't load like macromedia flash. I think it has something to do with the active x controls, but as you can tell i am a dumb@@s when it comes to this. One site is: www.competitionplus.com.

First make sure you have the newest Flash Player.
That is: Adobe Flash Player 9

Also make sure your Security level settings in IE for the Internet Zone are set to 'Medium'
