Some Type of pop up

Ok heres my dilema, When I am on internet explorer on yahoo or any other normal site for a while I get a pop up for young fantasy sex. I have tried deleting cookies, deleting files and clearing history but still no end. So I got spyware and tried it, nothing. I scanned my c drive for viruses and took care of the ones that were on there. Still this site is popping up. This is a work computer and if it ever were to pop up while a big wig was in my office I would probably lose my job. I have never visited this site and want to know why it is doing this and how to get rid of it for good. Please save me!!!
