okay, i have 2 computers on my network, both running WinXP Home, yadayadayadya...

I have VNC installed on both, both password protected...
I want to make a batch file that will launch the VNC server and add a new client at the same time. (its basically a "HELP ME!" button that im making for my parents. If im in it will connect to my computer so i can help them do whatever) I made the batch file AS FOLLOWS :
    Code:
    "C:\Program Files\RealVNC\WinVNC\winvnc.exe" -run
    "C:\Program Files\RealVNC\WinVNC\winvnc.exe" -connect 192.168.0.4

but for some reason it gets stuck on the first command. The VNC server runs okay, but it doesnt go any further for some reason.

What might be my problem and how do i fix this? (bear in mind its in a batch file)
