    I hope it's okay to post this here.

    The favicon for my site has been changed and I don't know how this has happened. I have a group of interconnected blogs and they all have links to the favicon file on my server. I uploaded the original file again but it is still someone else's image that shows up.

    In the attached picture, the black and grey star is my icon and the one in the address bar is not.

    Here's the code in my headers:

    <link rel="shortcut icon" href="http://www.celebrityenglish.com/images/favicon.ico" >

    Thanks for your help!

    Dana

    If the correct file is on your server no one change any thing, and it probably has nothing to do with your server.

    When you go to site, the favicon is saved on your computer and next time it comes on from your computer favicon cache.

    It is probably a Browser Glitch.

    In IE delete the Old Boomark, and create a new one

    In Firefox, empty all the Browser caches and it probably would rebuild every thing again as it should be.
