Someone Please Help With Browsing Problem

    THIS IS MY PROBLEM WHEN I OPEN MORE THAN ONE WINDOW I CAN'T CLOSE THE OTHERS. I GET THIS SOUND IN THE BACKGROUND WHEN I CLICK ON THE X. ALSO WHEN I COMPOSE A LETTER IN YAHOO I CLICK MY ADDRESS BOOK AND ATTACH A NAME THE WINDOW SHOULD CLOSE SO I CAN WRITE MY LETTER, BUT THE SAME SOUND HAPPENS AND THE WINDOW DOESN'T CLOSE. i WAS TOLD IT WAS MY COMPUTER AND i SHOULD IMUNIZE WITH SPYBOT IN SAFEMODE. SO I DID THAT AND STILL THE SAME THING. IS THIS A SPYWARE ISSUE?

    First download and run CrapCleaner: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4191.html
    On the Windows Tab of CrapCleaner leave the default settings and then click the Run Cleaner button on the bottom right.

    Next follow the steps here first. Be sure to UPDATE Ad-aware and SpyBot S&D before running. Clean what they find.
