Someone wanna put together a cs server?

    I'm pretty bored and I wanna play cs, so I think i might put together a server, but if someone has a faster connection than 256k lol please do speak up. (under steam) and my sn is NeoNemesis there. I'll make a server called neoNemesis. anyone can join if you want.

    btw, with 256k i think i might able to take a few ppl lol. but please if someone who joins has a higher connection, please make the server. that way theres less lag, and we can get more ppl. and it doesn't have to dedicated either.
