Something 100% blocking Youtube.com???

    is anyone else seeing this?

    under WinXP pro with all updates, Roadrunner service, Compaq Evo using Microsoft Defender and Avast Home Edition for protection, nothing unusual yesterday, today the computer will unload/shutdown IE7 if you simply type into the address bar "www.youtube.com".
    that simple.

    the issue is related to only one user account. Same machine has two other user accounts on it that are not affected at all.

    What is this????
