Something affecting menu highlighting

Recently I was watching a video (offline, saved on my hard drive) in Windows Media Player and a message came up that said something about a display being deactivated. I couldn't read the whole thing before it disappeared, but since then the menu options in many programs are colored around the actual words File, Edit, etc. See attached screenshot. Performance hasn't seemed to be affected but I want to remove anything before it starts to wreak havoc. I went through the readme and my logs are attached. Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm sorry but this is not a malware problem. Your logs are clean other than the few items already removed. It is most likely a registry setting that has been changed somewhere. As such, I'm going to retitle your thread and move it to the Software Forum which is more appropriate. That way you will not have to re-post your snapshot.

You may want to just try using System Restore to return to a point in time before this happened.
