"something else" running process

    Running NT 4.0, McAffe antivirus
    In task manager process called "something else" (lower case) appears. If I try to CTRL+ALT+DEL it wants to shut down the server. I couldn't switch to it in task manager. If anyone has any suggestions would more than appreciate it.

    Hmmm . . . before adryn beats us to it ;) -- have you tried deleting it in "safe mode?" Sounds like a worm or trojan. Have you read MA's terrific post on how to remove the varments? click here to read . Might help.
