Something Is Missing

    Something is missing in my Dell Laptop...I try to pull up Firefox and it comes up with a blank page....Can there be cookies missing on the sites I choose...I used Comoto BIO to wipe it and everything went to the dogs....I changed to Google Chrome and need some suggestions....Please Help...White Wolf[/FONT][/SIZE]
