Something to download FLV files

I am looking a program that will download files from sites like You Tube etc. I have a player but I need someway to capture them.
I would prefer a free program if you know of any.
I use FF 3.04 and XP home.

This is my favorite that is a plugin for firefox. There are many that will do this. It comes down to personal preference.
