Something's Gone Awry With Windows 11

Hello,

Something is wrong with Windows (11 21H2). I cannot access certain items, like Settings or Apps, but I can access others like Event Viewer and Device Manager. Downloads start but don't complete. Also, all but 2 items are gone from the task bar hidden items shortcut. Operating on the internet works fine. I cannot start some programs and others, like CC Cleaner stall and just sit there half completed.

I tried to start the malware check and removal process but am unable to download any programs, as the downloads just do not complete. Not sure if this is malware though.

2 things that recently happened, 1st - my son downloaded CyberGhost, and, 2nd - he said he had to unhide files to get to his AppData file. I am trying to uninstall CyberGhost but am unable as the uninstaller will not run/complete the process.

Things I have noticed, my Windows Shell Experience Host is suspended and I tried running sfc/scannow and received:
