Something's Using Up Bandwidth

Hi,
In the last month, something has used up all our bandwidth. We are over our provider's threshold and have been throttled down. We are over our normal usage by about 100 GB and the number continues to climb even though all we're doing is light web searching...and downloading so I could follow all the README instructions.

When I look at data usage in Network and Internet in control panel, wermgr.exe is listed as the first app and it's showing it to be the one using all the bandwidth.

I ran Malwarebytes on 6/24 and quarantined what it found. It did not help, so I came here and followed all the README instructions on 6/26. I have attached both Malwarebytes files (from 6/24 and 6/26) and all the other files requested.

On 6/27, our bandwidth usage was normal, so I thought it was all fixed, but then this morning, 6/28, bandwidth usage is back up again.

Thank you, TimW. I followed all the steps in the link and so far, it looks like we're back to normal bandwidth usage. I'm monitoring a couple times a day and will continue that.
