Somrone please tell me how to cancel large DPI, and return, to normal text size

I found a glitch, snaffu problem I need help with.

I like to set my computer on a table and zoom larger to make script large enough to read from a position on the couch, OK I'm 62 and use a magnifier for small print, so I set the DPI scale to just under 200 which gives me a full page of script to the edges and is readable from 5' away while I write and study.

The problem is when I went to cancel the DPI setting to go back to regular setting for text, the screen which I need to do this is too long to get to the on screen button to activate the command.

I can move the window up to the edge of the border about 1/4-1/2 an inch and on some screens I see the outline of the box or can scoot the window up enough to activate the commands, but the command box, for the DPI setting is so long the command box doesn't even show after I have moved the window up as far as the mouse allows and I butt against the screen edge and no further.

I can probably go to an old backup a couple of months ago but I would rather avoid this route, and if anyone has any suggestions or better yet solutions, I am listening
