   How do I find out information on my sony vaio pcg-grt-290z? I was thinking about replacing the 4200rpm hard drive with a 7200rpm drive but can't get enough information from sony. I also wanted to add meters to monitor my cpu temp and fan speed but don't know anything about the motherboard. Thanks.
