sound and video trouble

I have a gateway 4000 i reformatted and can't get the multimedia driver to work pls help heres my report i didnt install a chipset driver either?

 

I have xp and I've got a network card installed. All the gateway drivers im trying to download say go to the gateway root folder to open them. I've reformatted the hard drive with a clean install and have no gateway folder.

 

pull up your control panel device manage- you should see the same things at the top of your everest report.

 

I tried to track down those drivers at Gateway and using your part number was sent to another site that has taken over their support.
I could not find your PC there.

By multimedia, I'm, guessing you mean the Audio AND Video?
