sound card problems

Wow seems like ive been having loads of problems i cant fix myself lately lol. Anyways, my sound card is acting up. Its an Audigy 2 LS (Value) and i cant use any of the tweaking options; Surround Mixer, EAX Console, Creative Diagnostics, Creative Speaker Settings. Im gettin this message: "This application has failed to start because CTIntrfc.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." The thing im wondering about is that im not even totally sure that the LS supports these options. It seems like it should, it has EAX, 5.1/6.1/7.1 and stuff like that so im pretty much stumped. And yes, i have tried reinstalling it, many times, and it just makes things more difficult lol

 

Try going online and see if you can download the CTIntrfc.dll and save it in the sound card's folder (I guess yours in in C:\).

 

ok i downloaded all the DLLs i needed and fixed those errors but now it still wont run and when i try to run it, it gives me a blank error message.
