I would say no in fact most recoreded sound from the computer it self is very poor Quality in audio you are better off going to get a web cam that cost 20 or so dollars that sounds is so much better.

How is this going to help me can you ex-plane please.
The problem I have is that when I record a video or try to record a sound track the only way to get sound is thru the speakers and you know as well other sounds come with it.

    Yes.
Select Stereo Mix as the recording source.

The link I posted is different from the link Imandy Mann posted. Have you gone to the 2nd link that specifically tells you how to enable stereo mix?
If you don't see it, you've failed to enable it.

I am trying to tel you my friend their is int any Stereo mix to enable..
I went over that article several times and I don't see what you see.
This is what I read from that site and if that is what i have to do then I need help finding that driver if is going to do the job Thank you.

    I Still Don’t See It…
In some cases, your audio chipset drivers aren’t helping your cause. Most likely, this is because they’re outdated. In other instances, however, it’s because the newest Windows drivers for your chipset don’t support this feature. This was the case on my Asus Eee PC (a 1000HE), but I got around the issue by downloading and installing the older Windows XP/Vista drivers for my audio chipset. As always, before changing your drivers, make sure create a system restore point in case things don’t go as planned.

If you can't get 'Stereo Mix', the 3rd way @ Howto Geeks was a loopback cable. Have you thought of using that approach?

Yes I done that too but I cant monitor the sound for example recording webinar where I like to record only what I like and some video software don't work with that avenue at all any way
