I got your PM and will help you out a bit later today. I have a few things going on but will get to you soon as I can.
First, make sure your Audio Service is running.

    Go to Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Services
Scroll down the list of services until you find the Windows Audio service.
Right click on it and choose Properties.
Make sure it is set to Automatic and Start is checked.

I just noticed that you have another thread in hardware. You might want to check the suggestions there.
Goto Device Manager>System and look for MS UAA Bus Driver or Realtek HD. Uninstall it.
If it refuses to uninstall, disable it, restart your PC, then uninstall it.
Now look under Sound, Video, and Game Controllers, uninstall the Audio, if it is showing. If there is an unknown device, it is probably your audio.
Run CCleaner, both the Cleaner and Registry.
    http://www.majorgeeks.com/CCleaner_S...ish_d4191.html

Now restart again, DO NOT let Windows install drivers.

Go here and download your chipset driver and install it:
    http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers/notebook/as_5100.html
Restart your system, if the setup doesn't.
Again, DO NOT let Windows install drivers.
Then go back and get your audio driver and install it.

First of all, Thanks to all for helping me.

Musksnipe, I checked service, "Windows Audio Service" and it is set as Automatic and Started.

Here is the things that i have tried as per your suggestion.

Step 1 =>Successfully uninstall MS UAA Bus driver from Device manager->System.
    Then restarted the system.
    Step 1 done successfully.

Setp 2 => I went under Sound, Video and Game Controller and there i find 5 items
    1) Audio Codecs
    2) Legacy Audio Drivers
    3) Legacy Video Capture Devices
    4) Media Control Devices
    5) Video Codes

I think you are asking me to uninstall "Audio Codes". Right? Tell me how to uninstall it.

Step 2a => Also there is one entry "Relatek High Definition Audio Driver" in my
    Add or Remove Programs.
I tried to remove this but during uninstall it gives warning
"Realtek HD Audio driver Remove Failure"..
But after that when i open Add or Remove Programs again
it is not showing this entry.. So not sure whether its removed properly or not.

Step 3 => Also i tried run CCleaner both Cleaner and Registry.
    Step 3 done successfully.

Step 4 => Then restarted and installed Chipset driver also.
    Step 4 done successfully.

Step 5 => Then again restarted and installed Audio driver too.
    Step 5 done successfully.
Again restarted and still the problem is same..

So looks like what you have asked about uninstalling the Audio needs to be done in Step 2 is
making problem.. Also is Step 2a is correct or there is some problem?

Also you had written out in bold letter saying DO NOT let windows install drivers..
How to make sure about that? Please tell me how can i find out that Windows is not installing
    the drivers...

Let me know anything more needs to be done.

    Big NO!
Check your Device Manager>System and see if there is now an unkown PCI device.
If there is, try deleting it.
Look in your Program files to see if there is a Realtek audio folder. If there is delete it.

    Then try this:
Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.
    2. Locate and then click the following subkey in the registry:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Updates\Windows XP\SP2\KB888111 (may be in SP3)
    3. On the Edit menu, click Delete.
    4. Click Yes, and then exit Registry Editor.
Run CCleaner, both the Cleaner and Registry.
    http://www.majorgeeks.com/CCleaner_S...ish_d4191.html
Reboot, but don't let Windows install the driver.
Install your driver, then reboot, again.

The UAA should be contained in this download.

The New Hardware Wizard will pop up on re-start and ask to install drivers. If it doesn't, then they are not getting reinstalled by Windows.

Try uninstalling your audio in Device Manager then scan for Hardware changes

If you have done a reinstall of the OS, that should have solved any problems. Except, maybe one.

Your audio could be turned off in your BIOS.
As the PC starts, press one of these keys,
(here is a list by manufacturer)http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/bios_manufacturer.htm
Or the right key will be posted on the very first screen.
Tap it until you enter set-up, then look for your audio (it should be in the Advanced section or in Integrated Peripherals)
Make sure sound is set correctly. For Onboard Sound (Enabled) For an add-on Sound Card (Disabled)
Make sure as you exit to save changes.

I have read that a failed chip is usually not the cause of most audio problems. But, sometimes it is. This may be the problem. You asked earlier about installing a new sound card, that should work.

This attachment is also something you can work through and see if any of the solutions solve your problem.
(Make sure to set the Format to Word Wrap in Notepad after you open it. Makes it easier to read.)

I tried to go inside the BIOS setup using F2 key.

There i can see 5 item in menu: Information, Main, Security, Boot and Exit.
Also there is nothing like Advance section or Integrated Peripherals.. Also there is no option similar to Sound or Audio..

What should i do to find that option...

Also under Device Manager->System Devices->System Speaker is there. When i right click and see the Properties it says "No Drivers are installed for this device.."

From where i can get this driver..

I don't believe you need a driver for that, unless you have a non-standard type of speaker setup.
Try walking through these steps and see if anything resolves your problem.

    Verify software volume control settings:
    1. Open the Control panel
    2. Open the "Multimedia" icon.
    3. Check the checkbox for "Show volume control on the taskbar". If this section is grayed out, attempt to change the Playback "Preferred device" by clicking the down arrow and changing to an alternate selection. If that is also grayed out, skip to the next section of this document.
    4. If you were able to check this box, click ok and close out of this window and the Control Panel.
    5. Double-click the sound icon in the systray and verify that all the sound volumes are mid-way or higher.

    Verify the installed driver settings
    1. Open the Windows Device Manager
    2. Verify there are no conflicts or errors listed anywhere in Device Manager. If conflicts exist skip down to conflicts section.
    3. Verify no other devices are listed. If other devices are listed skip down to other devices section.
    4. Verify that your "Sound, video and game controllers" category is listed, if not skip down to the missing sound card section.
    5. If no conflicts or other devices are listed and your sound card is listed with no conflicts, skip to the next section.

    Conflicts section
If conflicts exists with your sound card and/or other devices installed in your computer it is likely that either the drivers are not properly installed for that device and/or the sound card and/or other devices are conflicting. If you open the properties of the device that is conflicting and view the properties, additional details about the conflict can be found. Additional information about error codes as well as help with Device Manager can be found on our Device Manager section.
If you are unable to locate additional information about your issue or are unable to resolve the issue, follow the below steps.
    1. Under Sound, Video and game controllers highlight each device and press the delete key to remove the device.
    2. Reboot the computer.
    3. As the computer is booting the system will detect the sound card and any of it's devices and re-install those devices. If prompted for a location of drivers, try pointing it to your sound card CD and/or your Windows CD. If this does not work or is unable to locate the proper files, you will need to get the latest sound drivers from your sound card manufacturer.

    Other devices section
If other devices are listed, it is possible that these other devices could be the sound card or other devices conflicting with the sound card. If any other devices are listed it is recommended you remove those devices, reboot the computer and let Windows redetect the devices.
If this does not work, attempt to determine which device is not being detected and resolve that issue first.
