Sound Driver Mistake, Need help

I know, I'm a total idiot... I got this new game the other day, and my sound was causing a lot of static, so I figured I have to update my sound driver. I went to the VIA Technologies website and installed some sound driver, but wouldn't you know it was the wrong one, and now I don't have any sound. Can somebody please help me figure out what driver that I need to run my sound? I'm not quite sure what sound card I have, but I can post up a Belarc Advisor report, I'm not sure if it helps or not though.

VIA AC'97 Audio Controller (WDM)

Removed info giving out your license keys, ip addresses, etc. All you need to know is the one line i left intact

 

No sorry, no luck. Still no sound.....

 

Thanks a lot guys, I was looking through the Device Manager as you said, and I found the files and did a little look through them. Everything was fine with them, and I noticed that I could very faintly hear my music playing when my volume was on max both on my speakers and from the volume options. I came across a button underneath my sound driver information, and it ran an auto-update for it and it now runs perfectly once more. I appreciate your help very much.
