Sound In Mirror Cast Does Not Work On Tv Plus.

Hi all. I love mirror casting programs from windows 11 Laptop. I have a Dell Inspiron 13 , 16 Gig memory. Since buying my Dell Laptop I have not been able to mirror cast the sound to either of my TV's one is a Hisense the other ONN only the picture when mirror casting works and even that will freeze if I leave it a minute. Now with my Lenovo Laptop that is dying it works great on both TV'S. None of this makes sense.

Now I have tried Youtube solutions and updating graphic cards. I have disabled drivers ect and to no avail either the screen freezes when I leave to go to the bathroom and the sound does not work on the TV. When I go into the sound settings it Says the following Digital Output 0. When I look at it I see the bars moving like it is getting sound but I am not able to hear it through the TV. or any outlet. I will post pictures below. This is bizarre. I would appreciate help if you able.
